Can I get my multi-engine rating in the Tecnam P2006T?

Yes. N977GV is a 2018 Tecnam P2006T, a four-seat twin with two Rotax 912 S3 engines of 100 horsepower each, constant speed feathering propellers and retractable landing gear, so it covers the multi-engine class rating and the complex airplane endorsement in one airplane. Its Garmin G950 glass cockpit uses two GDU 1040 displays, with a Garmin GTX 345R ADS-B transponder, an S-TEC 55X autopilot and a Mid-Continent MD302 standby attitude indicator, the same style of integrated panel found in much larger airplanes. Tecnam lists its maximum cruise at 150 knots true. It rents for 415 dollars an hour wet, with fuel included, and my instruction is 75 dollars an hour. The Rotax twin burns far less fuel than a traditional piston twin, which is why it is one of the more affordable ways to earn a multi-engine rating. Call and I will walk you through the plan.
